Research and Development

The Research and Development Center was founded in May, 2004, occuping an area of 4,000 square meters, with a registered capital of USD3,080,000. There are more than 80 staff in the center, including over 20 senior mould technicians and senior engineers; there are also hundreds of EMD equipment, high speed CNC equipment, DDS milling machines, digital grinding machines, and stiletto machines. Therefore, it is one of the greatest mould workshops in Central China. It has the ability to design and manufacture various kinds of large, medium and small extrusion moulds, injection moulds and silicone product moulds for medical devices.

We manufacture our products in modern lines, finished products are to be terminally sterilized and packed in clean room with an area of more than 1,000 square meters. Generally speaking, to general anesthesia kit, central venous catheter kit and urine catharsis kit, our manufacturing capacity can reach 880,000 kits monthly; to double-lumen bronchial tube, tracheal tube, and tracheotomy tube, our manufacturing capacity reaches 140,000 pieces monthly. Our objective is to promote Tuoren products to status of demand in both domestic and international markets.
